Doron Cohen is well-known as a visionary in the field of Business Information Technology and the driving force behind the Digital Trowel corporate mission. Mr. Cohen co-founded Digital Trowel to deliver the underlying "intelligence" found on the Web today to business information users. He established The Focus Group in the 1990s as a highly focused investment vehicle specializing in investments in business information companies and technologies. The Focus portfolio includes Dun and Bradstreet (Israel), The Consumer Credit Bureau (Israel), Trusted Partners Inc., and TogaSoft Solutions Ltd. Mr. Cohen is an active hands-on-investor/manager with over 30 years of experience in large and smaller companies spanning 4 continents. Mr. Cohen is also the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Praxis Venture, which provides strategic solutions to the Dun and Bradstreet Corporation. Mr. Cohen divides his time between the U.S. and Israel. |

Anton Bar is a visionary in the field of text mining and data enablement. Prior to joining Digital Trowel in 2008, Mr. Bar served as CTO of CDIS, an enterprise content management company, and founded WebAccelerator, a developer of software optimizing networking over satellite lines acquired by ViaSat Inc in 2001. Previously, he served as Community Director of G.ho.st, Inc. (Global Hosted Operating System), an Israeli-Palestinian start-up that provided subscribers with a free online virtual computer. Anton holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. |
Yehuda Sabag, Chief Financial Officer |

Yehuda Sabag joined Digital Trowel in 2008 and serves as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Over the past eight years, he served as the CFO of Dun & Bradstreet (Israel) Ltd. as well as of D&B Credit Data Company Ltd. During this period, Mr. Sabag was instrumental in the successful closing of several M&A transactions. Previously, Mr. Sabag served as an independent financial consultant to privately-held companies. Mr. Sabag holds a BA degree in Accounting and Economics from Ben-Gurion University. He is certified as a Public Accountant in Israel. |

Jimmy Becker is a long-time veteran of the business information industry, including both the buy- and sell-side of content licensing, product marketing, and sales leadership. He was a co-founder of OneSource Information Services where he led the product development of their Business Browser product line, culminating in a successful IPO in 1999. Subsequently, Mr. Becker joined D&B where he led the turnaround of their Traditional Sales and Marketing business, as well as delivering double-digit growth in D&B's third party licensing sales channel. Most recently, he was the VP of Product Management for Dow Jones, focusing on the web-based extraction of company and executive information and the distribution of this information to enterprise customers. Mr. Becker holds a BA in Economics from Brown University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. |

Steve Gasner brings Digital Trowel the experience gained from a career of over 20 years that began as a pioneer in the field of database marketing and extended to the tangent areas of statistical modeling, customer-level profitability, risk-based profit analysis and targeting algorithms. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Gasner served as Director of Risk Analytics for Dun and Bradstreet Israel, where he focused on developing revenue-generating technical products. He founded and was EVP Marketing/Sales for DirectCom, which grew into the largest independent U.S. firm to specialize in database marketing and business model development. Mr. Gasner holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Yeshiva University and an M.B.A. from Bernard Baruch University. A frequent speaker at major U.S. conferences, Mr. Gasner is also widely published in financial periodicals. |

Gary Fuchs is a seasoned business administrator with over 25 years of experience in founding, funding and operating small to mid-sized companies. Mr. Fuchs is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Praxis Venture, a business accelerator focused on driving and achieving outcomes for its clients worldwide. As a founder of Digital Trowel, Praxis takes a hands-on role in its operations. As Praxis's COO, Mr. Fuchs acts as a liaison for Digital Trowel's Business Development, International Coordination and Product Alignment and Deployment efforts. Prior to joining Praxis, Mr. Fuchs spent 18 years as a Managing Member of Tishman Investment Partners (TIP), a New York-based investment advisory firm that managed the private investment portfolio of Alan V. Tishman valued at over half a billion dollars. Concurrent to managing TIP, Mr. Fuchs served, for a period of eight years, as Managing Director of Milestone International, a business accelerator affiliated with TIP, which assisted dozens of early and growth stage Israeli hi-tech companies to raise capital in US markets and to migrate to the U.S. Prior to this, Mr. Fuchs worked for seven years at a mid-sized public accounting firm. |
